- Age: Must be between 18 to 65 years old.
- Weight: Minimum 50 kg.
- Hemoglobin Level: At least 12.5 g/dL.
- Gap Between Donations: At least 90 days between donations for males and 120 days for females.
- General Health: Should not have any fever, infection, cold, or major illness at the time of donation.
- Medication: Not under treatment for diseases like TB, malaria, hepatitis, etc.
- Sleep: Must have at least 6 hours of sleep the night before donating.
- Food: Eat a light, non-fatty meal 2 hours before donation.
- COVID-19 Recovery: Wait for at least 14 days after recovery or vaccination.
